We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Position is available in Greater Boston area only. Applicants must reside in Massachusetts or in the process of relocating.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the management of field operations on small, medium, and large scale multi-disciplined construction projects.
  • Directly oversees a field construction team of 10-15 Superintendents/Foreman and In-house tradesman
  • Coordinate with and manage construction team, company assets, subcontractors, inspectors, engineers and clients to maintain safety, schedule, profitability, and client satisfaction.
  • Monitors stated goals and objectives and ensures the construction team’s focus and actions are in line with established plans.
  • Ensures the company’s interests are protected and the entire scope of contracted work is completed per the contracted schedule and within budget constraints.
  • Focuses on client relationships to grow and maintain core client base.
  • Advises Project Managers on estimates, labor needs, budgets and policy compliance.

  • Skillful in the use of hawk and trowel plaster work, mixing tools/equipment, laser levels, point lasers, powder actuated tools, hand tools, and power tools associated with our trade.
  • Possess or be working towards OSHA 30 certification.
  • Properly complete daily reports, sign-in sheets, time sheets, pre-installation checklists, and other required daily / weekly paperwork accurately and on time
