Since 2005 we’ve employed and retained talented carpenters, masons, roofers, millworkers, steel fabricators/erectors, water-proofers, glaziers, and highly experienced project management professionals to deliver cost-effective, high-quality solutions that are efficient and can be relied upon.

We’re adept at executing the innovative, state-of-the-art multi-faceted construction jobs that fill our portfolio — regardless of aggressive timelines and budgets — and are therefore suited to assist with commercial, large-scale residential, restaurant, hospitality, and mixed-use spaces of all types. Our areas of expertise include project management, external building restoration and waterproofing, renovation, construction material fabrication, building surveys and reconnaissance, and construction site set up services.

All our tradespeople are OSHA 30-certified and undergo regular training to remain knowledgeable of the latest materials and most innovative building techniques. We invest in state-of-the-art equipment from trusted partners and manufacturers, and our fleet of company-owned-and-operated trucks boast models made by internationally renowned brands like Italian-based Socage, the leaders in aerial lift


In addition to self-performing our own restoration projects and partnering with industry-leading equipment manufacturers, BRS owns and runs our very own fabrication and millwork facility which can produce any steel, specialty metal, precast, or wood material required to get the job done. Having this function in-house gives us total control of the quality, costs, and turnaround time for each project we undertake. Our astute project management team is crucial in facilitating our efficient executions in the field by managing BRS crews to our stringent internal standards. Your dedicated PM will remain a reliable contact throughout your project, ensuring proactive communication and daily status updates are shared with the ownership/management team so project progress is clear.


Because we at BRS both manage and self-perform multiple trades, have access to our own facilities, equipment, and programs designed to keep properties we service safe and beautifully maintained, we’re a nimble shop that makes outsourcing totally obsolete.
